We know how early hot air balloonists and their teams wake up to be part of the Mass Ascension. We wanted to offer brunch vibes with a Chicken & Biscuits plate available only during the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, Oct. 1-9, 2022. Each plate comes with two homemade biscuits and a fried boneless chicken thigh smothered with cream gravy finished with green onions. Add an egg or bacon to make it the perfect brunch meal. Be sure to arrive early, because there’s only a limited amount. Once they’re sold out for the day, you’ll have to come back the next day.
